TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT:

Bookings can be guaranteed by making a 50% payment of the entire booking value within 48 hours. Payments to guarantee bookings can be made through bank transfer, cash, or cheque.

CANCELLATION POLICY OF TRIYA ZIKHARA:

  • Any time once reservation confirmed - 20%
  • 61-45 Days - 40%
  • 44-31 Days - 75%
  • 30 Days and Less - 100%
  • No refund will be provided if the guest does not show up.
  • Amendments to booked tours are treated as cancellations, with minor changes possible on a case-by-case basis.
  • Refunds, if genuine, are issued through the original booking source, typically via account payee cheque, within 45 working days.
  • Triya Zikhara reserves the right to modify these terms. Please review the cancellation policy carefully before confirming your booking.

ABOUT HOTEL:

  • Valid photo ID required for all hotel guests
  • Package rates may vary during peak seasons and blackout dates
  • City tax/resort fees paid directly by the guest at the hotel
  • Bed type and room preferences subject to availability at check-in
  • Early check-in/late checkout subject to room availability and hotel management discretion
  • Standard check-in: 14:00, Standard check-out: 12:00
  • Extra adult may require an extra bed (subject to availability), otherwise, an extra mattress or roll-away bed may be provided
  • Itinerary subject to rearrangement based on hotel availability at the time of booking

ABOUT SIGHTSEEING:

  • Please notify us of any special needs or health issues, such as arthritis or heart problems, for appropriate arrangements.
  • We aim to avoid scheduling sightseeing on closing days, but if unavoidable, it may be omitted. Revisiting the next day depends on availability.
  • Weather in the region is unpredictable; flexibility is maintained for nature-related sightseeing.
  • Opening times for sightseeing spots may change, so verification before booking and on the day of travel is necessary.
  • We are not liable for missed sightseeing due to guest delays or unforeseen incidents like roadblocks, heavy rainfall, or landslides.

ABOUT TRANSPORT / DRIVER:

  • Tour and sightseeing planning consider security and driver working hours; overtime incurs additional charges per hour.
  • Transfer services strictly adhere to the program; supplements apply for additional services.
  • Night supplement added for early morning or late-night arrival transfers.
  • Guests should consider road conditions and departure timing, with a recommended buffer of at least 2 hours.
  • Drivers may not be tourism-educated and are from remote villages; patience is appreciated.
  • Limited car parking may require guests to wait in the lobby for sightseeing/transfers.
  • In case of driver illness, a replacement will be provided based on availability and distance.

ABOUT VEHICLE:

  • Vehicle provided as per Itinerary/Program.
  • In case of breakdown, replacement vehicle provided based on availability.
  • Replacement time based on passenger location and road conditions.
  • AC deactivated in hilly regions for safety.
  • Luggage carriers prohibited in certain regions of India.

ABOUT TRAVEL INSURANCE:

  • Highly recommend purchasing comprehensive Travel insurance for trip protection.
  • Covers unforeseen cancellations, medical issues, and trip cancellations.
  • Cost based on passenger age, travel duration, and destination of travel.

POLICY:

  1. Office hours: 10:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m; Emergency assistance for accommodation and transport available during office hours.
  2. Client responsible for web check-in; not within TZ scope.
  3. Designate one point of contact for groups over 4 pax to avoid miscommunication.
  4. Required documents for booking: PAN cards, Flight Ticket Copies, Vaccine Certificate Copies, Passport Copies with advance payment.
  5. TCS 20% applicable from July 1, 2023, claimable.
  6. Quotation price valid for proposed date and pax count.
  7. Client bears costs for natural calamities, political disturbances, tax/fuel price increases, additional sightseeing.
  8. Prioritizing health and safety; following relevant authorities' directives.
  9. Final vouchers provided after full payment.
  10. Minimum 20% service charge for tour cancellations after booking.
  11. Itinerary subject to change based on weather conditions or political disturbance ,etc.
